Bake Amor

To design & develop a neighbourhood bakery & cafe.

We have taken inspiration from the local Bengali community & tried to capture the old-world charm of quaint little European cafes. We have used lavender & wood to reinforce the warm inviting feeling of a bakery. We've tried to maximise the use of natural material amongst which stands out the eclectic wooden flooring which connects with all the wooden elements. The abundant natural light flowing through the french styled windows particularly accentuates the romance whilst reducing our carbon footprint. The tinted glass lights flood the bakery with memories of old school french patisseries. The outside patio in terracotta tiles blends in beautifully with the firebrick facade & potted jars.
